911 outage reported in southeast Nebraska

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Law enforcement agencies in southeast Nebraska reported a 911 outage on Thursday.

About 11 a.m., the Cass County Sheriff’s Office said 911 was not working there.

Service was restored about 7:30 p.m.

The Beatrice Police Department, in Gage County, said it was also having problems with its phone lines.

“Please limit calls to urgent or important matters only,” the department said on Facebook.
