Driver cited in fatal accident

Arnetta Cooper, 46, has been cited for the fatal accident that happened on August 5th.

Cooper has been charged with motor vehicle homicide for the accident that took the life of Alan Kitto, 53.  

Authorities say Cooper stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of 16th and B.

She then proceeded into the intersection as she thought she had enough time to clear the intersection.  

Cooper was cited and released.
