Man Arrested For Trying To Shoot Brother

A 22 year old is arrested after shooting a gun at his brother and two others. The Lancaster Sheriff's Office reports that Ryan Tyler Norton was drunk and outside of his parents house, when he threatened his 17 year old brother and two others.

Norton fired the handgun, missing the three individuals and hitting a car. The victims ran inside the house escaping injuries, and then Norton fired the gun two more times.

“He had fired in the direction of his brother and friends and were very fortunate no one was struck,” Sheriff Terry Wagner said.

Deputies took Norton to the Lancaster County Correction Facility for terrorstic threats, criminal attempt, and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
