Christmas Tree Directory
The Nebraska Department of Agriculture has made available its directory of Christmas tree growers in an effort to encourage Nebraskans to buy local. Department Director Greg Ibach says Nebraska-grown tree purchases support the local economy.
Nebraska Christmas tree operations offer several varieties of pine, spruce, and fir trees. Many of the farms also offer wreaths, swags, and garlands.
The directory compiled in cooperation with the Nebraska Forest Service and Nebraska Christmas Tree Growers Association features 30 tree farms from across the state.
