U.S. Supreme Court Rules On Late Term Abortions

The U.S. Supreme Court upheld a ban on late term abortions in a five to four ruling. Late term abortions allow doctors to abort a fetus beyond the first trimester. The ban does make one major exception for a woman whose life is at risk.
