It decided to revoke the license of bill's liquor west in Kearney. After selling alcohol to this man 18 year old Todd Becker who a short time later was killed in alcohol related crash. The store had a history of selling to Todd and even after the accident they were caught selling to a minor again. Family and friends were overwhelmed by the decision. The family is hoping the decision will set a precedent, that if a store sells to minors they will be partly responsible for their actions. Its expected the owner of the liquor store will fight the ruling. If they do, we're told the store can remain open until a decision is made in the courts.
