Early voting for November election begins in Nebraska
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lancaster County Election Commissioner Todd Wiltgen announced Monday that early in-person voting for the general election has started.
Lancaster County voters can cast their early ballots at the election office at 601 N. 46th St.
Regular election commission office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
But the hours will be extended as follows:
Friday, Oct. 25 – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 26 – 8 a.m. to noon
Monday, Oct. 28 – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 30 – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 2 – 8 a.m. to noon
Monday, Nov. 4 – 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wiltgen reminds voters that they will need to present a valid photo ID such as a Nebraska driver’s license or state ID.
Voters must fill out a special form to vote without a photo ID.

Early mail-in ballots must be dropped off by 8 p.m. on Election Day, which is Nov. 5.
