A Cold and Windy Day- Warming Up Thursday
This afternoon, high temperatures feeling cold once again. Some spots further west could get close to 50 degrees. A warm front will push in from the west bringing warmer temperatures Thursday afternoon. A cold and windy December day ahead. Winds will make temperatures feel like the upper 20s.
Wednesday night, there could be a few flurries and light snow showers into parts of northeast Nebraska. A trace to no accumulation is expected.
NW winds will relax gradually as the afternoon progresses across eastern Nebraska.

Today, strong NW wind gusts up to 40+ mph will continue through the afternoon. Tonight, small chances for light snow across NE Nebraska. Friday night through Saturday brings a small chance for snow in NE and eastern Nebraska. Light accumulations are forecasted. Another cold weekend ahead. Next Monday, temperatures will stay between 40-48 degrees with light rain chances later in the week. Our next big system could come near DEC 22-25.
