A pleasant week ahead
The pleasant conditions continue into the start of the new work week. Temperatures will remain above normal through the end of the week.
It will be a dry and warm start to the new work week. Monday low temperatures will be near normal in the lower 30s, we gradually warm into the upper 60s by the late afternoon.
Monday’s highs will reach the mid to upper 60s. Our usual high this time of year is 53 degrees!
A Fire Weather Watch is in place for some SW counties from 11:00am to 6:00pm on Monday. Any fallen leaves mixed with the dry conditions we are seeing, are favorable for igniting any wildfires. Be sure to stay extra careful when handling open flames outdoors.
The start of our new work week will be quiet and seasonally warmer. Tuesday and Thursday are expected to be windy days with peak wind gusts near 35 mph. We cool down with small chances for precipitation the following weekend.
The above normal temperatures look to continue, from next Saturday to the following Wednesday (November 18-22). Temperatures should be in the lower 50s and upper 40s by mid November. We are forecasting highs to reach the lower 60s and upper 50s.
