A seasonally warm week ahead
Following a wintry mix on Sunday, the first full week of December will feel like anything but winter. Seasonally warm temperatures will last us through the end of the week. We trend cooler by next weekend, with small chances for precipitation.
High temperatures will warm into the lower 50s and upper 40s across the SE. Our usual high for early December is 43!
Monday temperatures start near normal, before we quickly warm into the lower 50s. Following a cold front we’ll see a gradual increase in cloud cover, with a chance for sprinkles in the evening.
Another system makes its way into far western Nebraska in the early morning, it will then travel southeast into the evening. There is a chance for some SE counties to see light rain, before the system shifts out of the state by the late evening hours.
Monday’s chance for light rain will be our last chance for any precipitation until next weekend. Dry conditions and seasonally warmer temperatures take us through the end of the week.
