Over 50 churches came together to worship at the Railyard, this Saturday.
“So, we’re just here to unify not just churches, not just believers, but were here to unify the city of Lincoln,” said Andrew Phinney, a prayer volunteer. “So, we have leaders, we have people on our team from out of Georgia that flew in, Seattle that flew in. We have people from Iowa, Nebraska.”
After The City, an organization, is holding a concert in the heart of downtown, bringing joy and music to those during the pandemic. Live music, free kids activities, and more drew in a large crowd downtown.
“It’s great we have a lot of activities for kids we have giveaways throughout the day giving shirts hats and bags we have local artists involved,” said Elly Heckel, a coordinator.
The event will continue until midnight.
