Update:
Omaha Police say E’Lin Brown has been located and is safe in police custody. The suspect and child’s father, Elwin Brown is still at large.
Suspect Teisha Reitan has been located by the Blair Police Department and is in custody. Her Silver 2005 Pontiac Bonneville 31-F747 has also been recovered.
Elwin Brown has NOT been located and E’lin Brown is still missing.
Police are also looking for a stolen 2007 Gray 4 door, Chevy Malibu Nebraska License plate TXN365 related to this case.

A child has been abducted from Omaha in/near SC Nebraska. The Omaha Police Department is looking for a child who was last seen at 7910 Cass Street and is believed to be in danger. The child’s name is Elin Brown.
He is a 2 year old male, with short, brown hair and was last seen wearing Red "Paw patrol" long sleeve shirt, gray pants.
The child may be in the company of Elwin Brown, age 25, black male 5’10 200 pounds. Blue jeans blue and white plaid shirt. They may be traveling in a Gray 2007 Chevy Malibu 4 dr NE TXN365 that was last seen heading in Omaha.

On Tuesday November 3rd at 6:44 p.m. Omaha Police were called to the
Hy-Vee at 7910 Cass for a Domestic Assault.
When officers arrived they learned that the Domestic Disturbance resulted in a parental abduction. The suspect in this case has an outstanding felony arrest warrant for False Imprisonment and is listed as a restricted party on a protection order obtained for the missing child.
The suspect in the parental abduction is:
Elwin E. Brown
Black male 10-11-89
5’10” 200 lbs. Brown eyes and Black hair
Blue Plaid flannel shirt / white tee shirt / blue jeans
This suspect is considered dangerous.
Suspect last seen driving: Silver 2005 Pontiac Bonneville 31-F747
