Annual Berean Car Show attracts hundreds of Lincoln automobile lovers

Hundreds of Lincolnites were out enjoying the nice weather on Saturday at the annual Berean Car Show.

“We’ve been doing it here for 13 years, this is the second year it’s been at this location right along highway 2, and we believe it brought a lot more spectators because they actually had a chance to see what was going on here,” said David Brauer, event organizer.

The car show is located near South 70th and Highway 2 at the Lincoln Berean Church parking lot.

This is the second year the car show has been held in the church’s parking lot, a move event organizers say has helped to attract more people to stop by and join in on the fun!

“We have found that this is probably one of the best ways for a person to spend a nice sunny afternoon. There’s so many different types of cars for car lovers that we just can’t imagine a better way for a community of people with common interests to get together,” said Brauer.

The family-friendly event lasted until 4 pm.

It featured car models from as old as the 1920s and as new as this year, 2019.

Nearly a hundred years worth of car models on display!
