LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police made another arrest Thursday in the assault and robbery of a man at a Lincoln apartment last year.

Investigators initially arrested Jakryi Miller, 18, and four minors in the robbery at an apartment near 23rd and W streets on Oct. 13.

But during an investigation, officers learned that 20-year-old Christian Lupercio was also involved.

Last year, a female invited a 23-year-old man over to the apartment for a party, an arrest affidavit says.

When he arrived, three men in ski masks pressed guns to his head, back and stomach, demanding that he hand over his wallet, car keys and phone.

After taking the victim’s belongings, the men attacked him, according to the affidavit.  He eventually escaped and called police.

The Lincoln Police Department’s SWAT team arrested Lupercio on a felony robbery charge.

A Lancaster County judge set Lupercio’s bond at $100,000.  He must pay $10,000 to be released from jail.
