Authorities seek driver who crashed into Dollar General in southwest Nebraska

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Authorities are searching for a driver who smashed into a Dollar General in rural southwest Nebraska on Monday.

In a post on X, the Nebraska State Patrol shared photos of the aftermath of the damage at the Dollar General in Trenton.

A ’90s Jeep Cherokee crashed into the front door, and the driver entered the store, according to the patrol.  It’s unknown if anything was stolen.

Investigators said the Jeep has an aftermarket front bumper and may have suffered front-end damage.
