Teeters and Connelly were arrested July 5 at a home in Wilber.
Deputies with the Saline County Sheriff’s Office said they found multiple bags of methamphetamine in the house.
Four children were living in the house, which authorities said is a “well known hub” for selling and doing drugs.
Court documents describe a house in disarray, with dog feces “smeared all over the floor” of two rooms and moldy food and drinks left lying around.
Teeters’ preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 15. Connelly is due back in court Aug. 27.
