Boswell pleads not guilty to killing, concealing body of Sydney Loofe

One of two people accused of killing and dismembering a Lincoln woman has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Court documents show Bailey Boswell entered a not guilty plea on charges of first-degree murder and unlawful disposal of human skeletal remains.
Boswell, along with Aubrey Trail, is accused of murdering and dismembering 24-year-old Sydney Loofe, who worked at a Lincoln Menard’s store.
Aubrey Trail, who is scheduled for trial in June, has also pleaded not guilty to the same charges.
So far, no trial has been scheduled for Boswell.
