Brother Of Death Row Inmate Paroled

The 43 year old brother of a death row inmate has been paroled.

Donald Moore, Carey Dean Moore's brother, was convicted of 2nd degree murder for his role in the 1979 slaying of Reuel Van Ness.

Police say he had agreed to help his brother rob Van Ness.

Carey Dean fatally shot Van Ness and killed another during a robbery.

Donald has been paroled 3 times, only to be sent back for violations.
