Bryan Health had only five in-house patients being treated for COVID-19 on Tuesday.
Of the five, four are Lancaster County residents. Two are on ventilators and two are in the ICU.
The number represents what is likely the lowest number Bryan has seen since the pandemic began.
“That would have been probably at the time when we first started to receive COVID patients,” said John Woodrich, CEO of Bryan Medical Center.
The community likely saw its peak on June 1, and the number of patients has continued to dwindle over the course of the month, Woodrich said.
Overall, Bryan has tested 12,298 people and received 1,560 positive results. They have 469 pending test results.
