Bryan LifePointe in south Lincoln to close spa and fitness centers

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Bryan LifePointe will be shutting down its spa and fitness centers by the end of the year.
In a statement Wednesday, a Bryan Health spokesman said the fitness center will close on Sept. 30, and the spa will stay open until Dec. 29.
Cardiac and pulmonary rehab, physical and occupational therapy, foot care, diabetes education and urgent care will continue at the Bryan LifePointe Campus.
LifePointe, located near 27th Street and Tamarin Ridge Road, has offered fitness and spa services since 2006.
“When LifePointe opened, its services and programming were unique and met a need,” officials said in the statement. “Today, Lincoln has an abundance of other great options.”
Officials ask that anyone with fitness packages, punch cards or passes, to use them as soon as possible.
People can also stop by LifePointe’s front desk or call 402-481-6300 for refund information.
