C & L Dairy Sweet to sell their lot

After a tornado destroyed C & L Dairy Sweet on May 5th, the owner told Channel 8 Eyewitness News that she has decided to sell the lot. 

The business stood on 2101 W Van Dorn St on a 1.9 acre lot for 40 years.

After discussing with her family the owner of C & L, Clarice “Hap” Loomis, decided that it was time for her to retire. 

The lot is being sold through Keller Williams and Loomis expects the for sale sign to be up Monday.
