Capital Humane Society offers small critters at 50% off

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Looking for a pet that’s not just your average dog or cat?
The Capital Humane Society may have a deal for you.
From Wednesday through Sunday, the shelter is cutting the adoption fee for small critters in half.
Those small critters range from rabbits to guinea pigs to chinchillas, the humane society said.
The Pieloch Pet Adoption Center, at 70th Street and Nebraska Parkway, is open from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the week and from noon to 5 p.m. on weekends.
