Car vs. pedestrian accident Saturday night leaves one person critical, but stable

Around 9:30 Saturday night, Lincoln Police responded to an accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian at the intersection of N. 1st and Cornhusker Hwy. The vehicle was going Eastbound when it struck a pedestrian in the crosswalk.

The pedestrian is at the hospital in critical, but stable condition.

The identity of both parties have not been revealed.
