Court documents allege that he sent inappropriate text messages to a 16-year-old girl.
From September 2023 to May 2024, he had sent her over 1,700 texts, an arrest affidavit says.
Andel was a girls wrestling coach, but authorities said the victim was not on the team.
On April 1, Andel is scheduled to be arraigned in Butler County District Court.
