Central Nebraska man killed in motorcycle crash

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A man died Monday evening in a motorcycle crash in central Nebraska.

Just after 5 p.m., first responders were sent to a crash on Highway 52 north of Primrose, which is about 50 miles northwest of Central City.

A motorcycle left the road on a curve and ended up in a ditch, according to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said the motorcyclist, 60-year-old Todd Hellbusch of Fullerton, was flown from the bike.

He was taken to the Boone County Hospital, where he died.

The crash remains under investigation, the sheriff’s office said.
