Charges filed against man accused of putting spy camera in women’s bathroom at Dorchester business

Charges have been filed against a man accused of putting a hidden camera in the women’s bathroom at his workplace.

Prosecutors are charging Joshua Hagemann, 37, with nine counts of unlawful intrusion.

Hagemann was arrested and fired following an investigation, in which investigators said they found 19 video images of people in various stages of undress on the device in the women’s bathroom at the Farmers Cooperative location in Dorchester.

Bond was set at $25,000 for Hagemann. Each charge against him carries possible penalties of up to two years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both. Unlawful intrusion is listed as a class four felony in Nebraska.

Hagemann is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
