City Council vote moved to June 10th

Lincoln City Council Chair Jane Raybould announced the city council vote on the new at-large member will take place on June 10th, not June 3rd, as originally planned.

The move comes after city council members agreed that another week was needed to review applications because of the large number of applicants, and the fact that one applicant’s name was unintentionally omitted from the applicant list.

The number of Lincoln residents filed to replace Leirion Gaylor Baird, who is now the mayor, has now risen to 24.
