City pickup hits sign, parked vehicles and building in east Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A city pickup truck hit two parked vehicles and a building Friday in east Lincoln.
The crash happened about 2 p.m. at 84th and O streets.
Police said the driver of a Building and Safety Department vehicle had a medical emergency and tried to pull off the road.
He ended up hitting a sign and two parked vehicles before crashing into a State Farm office.
The driver of the city pickup was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
Another Building and Safety Official was called to inspect the damage to the building, which officials said was minor.
