Press Release: (Lincoln NE)- Monday, May 18, 2015 through Sunday, May 31, 2015, the Lincoln Police Department’s Traffic Enforcement Unit participated in a nationwide “Click it or Ticket” enforcement effort. Special attention was directed to those motorists who failed to buckle themselves, their passengers and children. The Nebraska Office of Highway Safety provided funding for increased enforcement during this campaign.
The Lincoln Police Department’s Traffic Unit issued the following citations during the project:
