Closures on N. 14th start Monday

Beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, August 5, North 14th Street between Adams and Superior streets will be closed for new water line installation. 

Southbound traffic will be restored the morning of Wednesday, August 7, but northbound lanes will remain closed until 7 a.m. Monday, August 12. 

The sidewalk on the east side of North 14th Street between Judson and Hartley streets will be closed during the project. 

The bus stop at North 14th and Judson streets will be closed.  Patrons should use the bus stop at North 14th and Manatt streets.

Digital signs will alert traffic to upcoming work and lane closures.  Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes. 

Access to homes and businesses will be maintained.  Lincoln Transportation and Utilities appreciates the public’s patience and reminds travelers to exercise caution around work zones.
