Cloud cover and wind making for a much cooler day Tuesday

Severe weather on Monday knocked a semi over near Tarnov, and there were up to four reports of tornadoes in eastern Nebraska. Hail also was up to 3″ in diameter in Columbus and 2.75″ (baseball size) in Edgar, Nebraska.

Just like that, Lincoln is now up to 84% of normal May precipitation (through May 19). 2.29″ of the May total 2.50″ so far has come within the past two days.
