Cocaine and meth found in Lincoln man’s home and vehicle, affidavit alleges

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A Lincoln man is facing several felony charges after being caught with a plethora of drugs, court documents say.
On Wednesday around 7:30 p.m., investigators saw a vehicle, which had just failed to signal, pull into a parking lot near 11th and L streets.
Authorities approached the vehicle after they saw a 66-year-old man get into the passenger seat, according to an arrest affidavit.
Investigators smelled marijuana, and they asked the passenger and 46-year-old Jamaal McNeil to get out of the vehicle.

The vehicle was searched, and authorities found 12.3 grams of cocaine, 22.6 grams of meth, 32.7 grams of marijuana and four hydrocodone pills, the affidavit alleges.
McNeil also had $853 in his pockets, according to court documents.
Investigators later searched McNeil’s apartment and found more drugs: 211.8 grams of meth, 60 grams of cocaine, 637.4 grams of marijuana, $2,490 and drug paraphernalia.
McNeil was charged Thursday with five felonies, including possession of meth with intent to deliver.
A Lancaster County judge set McNeil’s bond at $500,000. He must pay $50,000 to get out of jail.
