LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln’s nine pools will be closed Tuesday due to cold weather, officials announced.

City policy requires a high temperature of at least 70 degrees for pools to open.  After a brief weather delay, the pools were opened for the season on Thursday.

Once the weather warms up, the pools will be open from 1 to 6 p.m. daily.
