Colorado man caught with fentanyl, meth at farm in rural York County

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A Colorado man was caught Wednesday morning with a slew of drugs in rural York County, the sheriff’s office says.
Around 4:45 a.m., deputies were sent to a farm in rural York County on a report of suspicious activity in the area.
The caller reported seeing an unknown pickup truck parked on a relative’s farm.
They tried to speak with the man in the driver’s seat, but he was unresponsive, according to the sheriff’s office.
When deputies arrived, they discovered the driver — later identified as 42-year-old Tyler Anderson — had been using drugs, officials said.
Deputies searched the vehicle and found fentanyl, meth, marijuana and a knife, the sheriff’s office said. Anderson was taken to a hospital before being lodged in jail.
He was arrested on suspicion of several felony drug charges and possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person.
