Cooler again Monday; quietly warming with minimal rain chances this week
We’ve made it to the day where the sun will be up at 7:00 a.m. this April 7th – then it only gets earlier and the days ahead get longer.
This week starts on a cooler note again, with morning temperatures around freezing and afternoon temperatures only warming to the lower 50s.
A dry cold front will come through this morning, redirecting northerly winds for the day Monday.
That will keep temperatures about 10° cooler than average for a lot of us.
After one more chilly night tonight, we’ll be a lot warmer going forward.
The streak of nights falling below freezing should end after tonight. Lows into Tuesday morning will fall around the upper 20s under very light winds.
From here on out this week, temperatures each morning will be in the 40s and 50s each morning except maybe Friday when lows attempt to drop to the upper 30s once more.
The rest of the week will have very minimal chances at moisture, but we will be warming up.
