Cooler but mild for the Easter weekend.
Temperatures will be colder tonight as a cold front moves through the region.
Highs will be near normal as we head into the last of March.
Easter starts off a bit chilly but a nice warm up is expected by afternoon.
Late day storm chances are at a marginal risk over southeast Nebraska, northeast Kansas and portions of Iowa and Missouri.
Your biggest cool down will occur Monday along with our best rain chance but a nice warm will soon follow.
It was a beautiful day in eastern Nebraska with highs in the 70’s. A fairly dry cold front cools us down tonight into Saturday but by tomorrow evening low pressure will drag a warm front in with a slight chance of shower activity overnight. A second low moves in Sunday merging with the first which might bring some instability to the region later in the evening into Monday primarily in southeast Nebraska and other areas off to our south and east.
Easter Sunday looks good for travel and outdoor activities for all to enjoy!!!
