Crash on 44th and Adams one person flees scene

This morning Lincoln Police are looking for a woman who fled the scene of an accident in northeast Lincoln.

They say she was traveling north on 44th street when she didn’t stop at a stop sign at Adams and collided with another car in the intersection. 

Then, her car spun and hit the curb, causing the car she hit to go through a fence and into the lawn of a home nearby.

Police said the suspect got into an argument with the driver of the car she hit before running away.

The two occupants of the second vehicle went to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
