Crash shut down part of I-80 near Seward

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A part of Interstate 80 was closed Wednesday morning due to a crash near Seward.

In a post to X, the Nebraska State Patrol said eastbound I-80 was closed between the Goehner and Seward exits.

The Seward Police Department said the crash is also causing heavy traffic on Highway 34.

The details of the crash are unknown.  One lane on eastbound I-80 has since been reopened.
