Alarcon Lara was initially charged with 14 counts of child porn possession, but all but one were dropped under a plea deal.

Court documents say that last year, he asked two teenage girls to send him explicit photos on Snapchat.

Authorities started investigating after a tip from a family member of one of the girls.

The relative said they initially thought that Alarcon Lara, who went by “Max,” was 17, according to an arrest affidavit.

Investigators searched the Snapchat account belonging to “Max” and found 14 explicit photos of the girls.

They traced the account to Alarcon Lara and arrested him in February.

He will be required to register as a sex offender for 25 years.
