Crews battle fire at manufacturing facility in Hastings

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Crews extinguished a blaze Wednesday evening at a manufacturing facility in Hastings.
Around 7 p.m., Hastings Fire & Rescue responded to a fire at Thermo King near South Baltimore Avenue and West G Street.
Firefighters were directed to the paint booth area, where they found an active fire in the roofline in and around an air handling unit.
Officials said it took crews about 45 minutes to bring the fire under control.
The cause of the fire and the extent of damage are unknown. No one was injured.
Employees at Thermo King were evacuated and sent home, according to officials.
