Crews put out car fire outside of Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A car caught fire just west of Lincoln early Wednesday morning.
The fire was reported about 2:45 a.m. near Southwest 44th and West A streets.
A Channel 8 reporter at the scene saw smoke rising from a burned vehicle in front of a home.
Firefighters were using a saw to cut the car apart.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
Two Southwest Fire and Rescue trucks responded. The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office was also on scene.
