Crews respond to rollover crash in east Lincoln neighborhood

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Crews responded to a rollover crash in east Lincoln on Thursday night.

Just before 10:30 p.m., several first responders were sent to a home near Sandalwood Drive and Hazelwood Drive, near 70th and A streets.

In a video sent to our NOW Local News App by a Channel 8 reporter, you can see the car on its side in a front lawn.

According to the Lincoln Police Department, the vehicle struck a streetlight before rolling onto the front lawn.

The driver was extricated from the car and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to LPD.

LPD is still investigating whether drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
