Demolition Derby helps to raise money for flood victims

A local demolition derby helped to raise money for flood victims on Saturday.

The Lancaster Event Center held a demolition derby and it was a good opportunity to donate to local flood victims in Nebraska.

The two day event saw more than 60 drivers from six surrounding states come to participate.

“When you put in five dollars in our container, you get a cup to go to our cafe to receive refills for your donation to help the flood relief victims that we have,” said Susan Bulling with the event center.
