Doane receives $1.2 Million grant

Doane University is celebrating a $1.2 Million grant from the National Science Foundation at its Crete Campus today.

This is the largest grant received from the foundation in the school’s history.

The five year grant will provide scholarship, stipends and support services that will produce 25 new teachers in science, technology, engineering and math.

They’ll be holding a ceremony today at 4 p.m, again that will be on their Crete Campus.
