Dominant softball ace Jordy Bahl officially joining the Nebraska Cornhuskers

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — After days of rumors, Jordy Bahl is officially transferring to Nebraska.

The Papillion native has two years of eligibility for the Cornhuskers, whose 2023 season ended in the NCAA regionals.

She’s been one of the nation’s best players and helped the Oklahoma Sooners win back-to-back national championships.

On Thursday morning, Bahl took to Twitter, where she posted, “After 2 years of wonderful memories, I’m excited for 2 more representing the Nebraska Cornhuskers. This state, these people, and this N are all things I’m excited, proud, and thankful to be a part of. @HuskerSoftball”

Omaha native Bella Bacon also announced that she was returning home earlier this month, following her freshman season at Purdue.
