Driver pulled over in Hickman with .320% BAC, patrol says

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A trooper pulled over a “heavily impaired” driver in Hickman on Thursday, the Nebraska State Patrol says.
It happened early in the afternoon, according to the patrol.
The agency’s Troop H posted a photo on social media showing that the driver’s blood alcohol content level was .320%. That’s four times the legal limit of 0.08%.
There was a child in the vehicle, but the patrol said they were taken to a safe place.
