Driver rolled vehicle into person during argument in west Lincoln, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man led officers on a chase Wednesday after he purposely hit a person with his vehicle in west Lincoln, police say.

Around 10:50 p.m., an argument led a man to roll his Mercedes into a person, who was not seriously injured, near Northwest 27th and West O streets.

The driver took off and struck a parked vehicle, but officers later found the Mercedes in a parking lot near Northwest 48th and West O streets.

Shortly after, the man drove off onto O Street, according to police.

Later on, officers found the Mercedes unoccupied near 20th and Q streets.  The driver was nowhere to be found, police said.
