Gusty winds this afternoon and evening. Gusts will be in the 35-50 mph range throughout central and western Nebraska this evening. Again, dry vegetation out there under these conditions could spark a fire if not careful, and it would spread quickly.
Tonight, temperatures in the upper 50s and lower 60s.
Friday, high temperatures in the upper 80s for most of us.
Dew points staying pretty dry in the low to mid 50s. Quite a bit of dry air out there.
This weekend, temperatures warm and dry with a slight wind. Some clouds move in Saturday keeping the temperatures below 90 degrees.
Temperatures continue to stay warm and dry. By next Tuesday we start to see rain chances. Wednesday, storms look to be possible in the afternoon and evening hours. Into next weekend, storm chances stick around hopefully giving us some much needed rain.
