Court documents say Hornady, the vice president of Hornady Manufacturing, was pulled over on June 21 just outside of Grand Island.

He was going 151 mph and a 50 mph zone, according to an arrest affidavit, and smelled of alcohol.

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said his blood alcohol content level was .151%, which is almost double the legal limit.

Judge Arthur Wetzel found Hornady guilty and ordered him to pay a total of $700 in fines.

His driver’s license has also been revoked for 90 days.

Hornady Manufacturing makes ammunition and other firearm accessories.
