Eagle Raceway holds Driver Appreciation Night

Eagle Raceway opened its gates early on Saturday for fans to show their favorite drivers some support!

It was driver appreciation night at the racetrack!

A night for fans of all ages to come and have a meet and greet with their favorite race car drivers.

Boyd Peterson has been racing at Eagle for the past five years.

He says nights like these are important to give young fans a memory they won’t forget!

“This is always one of the best nights of the year, in my opinion, because, kids, they’re the future of the sport, and when you have the kids come up and talk to you, you want to give them something to hold on to, and letting them enjoy the sport is a huge part of it,” said Peterson.

The race car drivers say this event is something they look forward to each year!
